Turunkan berat badan dan kekalkannya

Salam sayang pada semua... iols syg uols...hahah ols ols plak yer... so this time around i will share with u how to reduce your weight the healthy way...

1. Minum air. Bukannyer air yg manis yer, maksudnyer air putih lah. Minum at least 2 liter perday. MUla2 mmg lah rs mcm byk sangat tp lama2 akan biasa. SO bila minum air, makan pun kurang. Kdg2 otak kita slh ertikan lapar dgn kehausan. Jadi bila rasa lapa minum air dulu ok.

2. Makan lah dlm kuantiti yg kecil tetapi kerap. Makan 5 kali sehari tetapi dlm kuantiti yg kecil. Kalau amik nasi tu, kurangkan portion nyer, ambil satu senduk jer cukup. Bapak aku kdg2 heran jer tgk aku makan sesenduk, especially waktu dinner. Lama2 mmg da biasa tau. Tapi jgn lah x amik lansung kerana karbohidrat terletak plg bawah dlm piramid makanan bermaksud ianya penting!!!!!

3. Makan pagi bagai raja, makan tengahari bagai rakyat jelata dan mkn malam bagai hamba..
paham x..hish..bahasa kias pon x fhm.. Kalau mkn pagi tu tok sah nk pantang2. Makan la pa yg nk mkn. Nasi lemak ker, roti canai ker, teh tarik ker... macam raja la kan... da tghr tu lau rs kenyang lagi minum la air jer ke..lau sy suka minum coffee and alas perut skit2.. maybe roti atau nk mkn nasi ngan lauk pauk pon xde mslh..janji nasi x menggunung yer. kalau malam tu makan banyak esok pagi tu pandai2 lah kurangkan makan ok... tp jgn x mkn lagsg tau.

4. bersenam. walau sibuk mesti nk bersenam...waktu terbaik ialah waktu pagi....cr lah kat youtube.Byk kaedah snmn kat situ..cari lah yg burn calories nyer ok.

5. Tak perlu berpantang itu pantang ini.. bedal jer. xde istilah diet dlm kamus saya.. nk mkn tu makan... xde lah mcm terpikir2 byk lemak lah itu lah inilah..yg penting xlah berlebihan k

6. Ambil lah produk utk kuruskan badan. COntohnyer teh slimming ker.. especially utk membersihkan usus. So apa yang di makan tu x lah disimpan lama k

7. Gabungkan kaedah2 kat atas dan percaya lah berat badan anda dpt dikurangkan. (^_^)
